About Nordic Women’s Health Hub

Nordic Women’s Health Hub (NWHH) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven NGO powered by a community of 48 engaged volunteers across the Nordics.

Our mission is to accelerate innovation, collaboration and market maturity within women’s health by connecting startups, researchers, investors, companies and policymakers across sectors.

Our work is centered around four pillars: Advocacy, Knowledge, Innovation and Partnerships, supported by cross-functional teams within marketing, communications and events.

From events and reports to initiatives connecting the Nordic women’s health ecosystem, our projects are built to strengthen collaboration and advance women’s health across the Nordics.

Purpose of the Role

As a Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of the marketing activities for one or more NWHH projects.

You will work closely with Project Leads and project teams from the early stages of a project, helping shape how it is communicated and promoted – from planning and content creation to publication and distribution.

This is a hands-on role with room to take ownership. You will help turn projects, ideas and initiatives into clear and engaging communication that reaches the right audiences across our channels.

Core Responsibilities

Project Collaboration
Work closely with Project Leads and volunteers across NWHH to understand communication goals, identify marketing needs and develop the right approach for your assigned projects.

Content Creation
Create engaging content, including social media copy, visuals and promotional materials, and take ownership of specific marketing deliverables.

Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute marketing activities across NWHH’s digital channels, primarily LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and timely promotion of projects and initiatives.

Marketing Coordination
Coordinate marketing timelines with project teams and help move activities from idea and planning through to publication.

Ideas & Continuous Improvement
Bring creative ideas to your projects, monitor engagement and share insights and learnings that can strengthen future marketing activities.

You might be someone who:

  • Enjoys storytelling and communicating ideas in a clear and engaging way.

  • Has an interest in marketing, branding, social media or content creation.

  • Is comfortable writing and communicating in English.

  • Enjoys collaborating with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.

  • Takes initiative and enjoys taking ownership from idea to execution.

  • Has experience with LinkedIn, Canva or other creative tools – a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Own marketing activities for projects from planning through execution.
