About Nordic Women’s Health Hub
Nordic Women’s Health Hub (NWHH) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven NGO powered by a community of 48 engaged volunteers across the Nordics.
Our mission is to accelerate innovation, collaboration and market maturity within women’s health by connecting startups, researchers, investors, companies and policymakers across sectors.
Our work is centered around four pillars: Advocacy, Knowledge, Innovation and Partnerships, supported by cross-functional teams within marketing, communications and events.
Purpose of the Role
As an Events Project Lead, you will take ownership of a specific event or project within one of NWHH’s strategic pillars.
You will help turn ideas into reality by coordinating volunteers, partners and other relevant stakeholders, keeping activities moving forward and ensuring everyone involved has a clear understanding of priorities, timelines and next steps.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will act as an important bridge between strategy and execution, bringing people together around a shared goal and helping drive projects from idea to delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Project Ownership
Take ownership of a specific event or project and help drive it from planning through execution and follow-up.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Bring together relevant volunteers, partners and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration throughout the project.
Planning & Coordination
Work closely with relevant team leads to coordinate activities, establish priorities and keep the project moving forward.
Project Management
Maintain clear timelines, track progress and keep relevant project information and status updates up to date in our project management system.
Communication & Follow-up
Keep contributors informed, coordinate next steps and follow up on agreed actions to maintain momentum across the project.
Impact & Execution
Translate strategic priorities into concrete actions and contribute to events and initiatives that advance NWHH’s work across the Nordics.
What You’ll Be Doing
Participate in relevant team meetings and project check-ins.
Coordinate with your project team, partners and other relevant stakeholders.
Maintain project timelines, tasks and status updates.
Follow up on actions and agreed next steps.
Coordinate with other NWHH teams involved in the event or project.
Support the planning, delivery and follow-up of events and initiatives.
Identify challenges and proactively help find solutions.

Enjoys project management, events, community building or collaboration.
Has an interest in women’s health, innovation or building strong communities.
Is comfortable communicating in English.
Experience with project management, events or tools such as Notion is a plus, but not a requirement.
